He began a series of lectures to bring science to a wider audience - forming the foundations for a great tradition that eventually became Courses for the Public. We revisit his inspired idea with a series of one off lectures by some of the University’s most popular and prestigious speakers at the special price of a 21st Century ‘1d’.
